THE Slough Borough Council planning meeting on Thursday, April 12, produced yet more evidence that the Tories do not care about Cippenham and never have done. They managed to push through permission for 75 houses with their Liberal friends and their single vote majority at the planning committee. These houses are the first phase of building on the green wedge.
